Vegetables and Beans Soup

A warm and tasty soup with a mix of different vegetables filled with nutrition. Enjoy it with bread sticks or garlic bread.

Makes 4 servings


Ingredients

1 tsp oil
1 tomato
1 potato
1 onion
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup canned red kidney beans (precooked)
1/4 cup corn (makai ke dane)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and

Method
  1. Cut all the vegetables in to small cubes and mix all the ingredients and saute it in a pan with oil.
  2. Cook for five mins and add water to it and let it cook for about 10 mins.
  3. Once vegetables are cooked, it is ready to be served.
  4. You can garnish it with coriander and some grated cheese on top.
