A warm and tasty soup with a mix of different vegetables filled with nutrition. Enjoy it with bread sticks or garlic bread.

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1 tomato
1 potato
1 onion
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup canned red kidney beans (precooked)
1/4 cup corn (makai ke dane)
1 tsp lemon juice

Method
- Cut all the vegetables in to small cubes and mix all the ingredients and saute it in a pan with oil.
- Cook for five mins and add water to it and let it cook for about 10 mins.
- Once vegetables are cooked, it is ready to be served.
- You can garnish it with coriander and some grated cheese on top.
